» Shutts & Bowen in Tampa has added E. Zachary Rans as a partner in its real estate department.

» Robert L. Parks, a former partner at Haggard, Parks & Lewis, has opened his own firm in Coral Gables.

» Akerman Senterfitt has named Silvia M. Alderman managing shareholder of the firm’s Tallahassee office.
